Rental Policy & Off-Site Home Ownership
After a couple of years worth of requests for this… we are finally at a point with this topic that the neighborhood as a whole has asked for a policy to be put in place specific to renters.
The Renters Policy will outline the following
- a cap on the % of renters to home owners that are allowable within Yelm Terra
- a standard application process that will be used by ANY/ALL property owners who will be using their Yelm Terra home as an investment property.
- The standard application process will include an approved application, background check, as well as a couple of specific guidelines that must be met prior to approval of potential renters.
