2010 DUES
2010 Assessments are due by January 15, 2010.
Thank you for keeping your account up to date. Payments should be mailed to: Yelm Terra HOA; PO Box 7355; Tacoma, WA 98417.
Payment Options:
- Full payment of $420 due by January 15, 2010.
- 4 payments of $105 starting Jan 15th, 2010 & ending April 15th, 2010.
- 12 monthly payments of $35 due by the 15th of each month.
The following fees will be assessed on late payments:
- 5% late fee + interest charges for any homeowner who has not made payment by January 15, 2010.
- Lien fee of $86 placed on any homeowner who has not made payment by February 1, 2010.
- Additional interest charges will be assessed on homeowners late on their monthly payment plan.
There is no need to contact the accountant with your payment option. Simply chose your option & be sure your first payment is made by January 15, 2010. Thank You!
2nd Annual December Holiday Decorating Contest
Get ready to show off your holiday spirit during our 2nd Annual Yelm Terra December Holiday Decorating Contest!!
Members from the Community Connection Committee will be walking around Yelm Terra December 19 at 7:00 p.m. to admire and judge the holiday displays each homeowner has created.
A prize will be awarded to the home with the most outstanding holiday decorations. Any prizes given out will be by donation from local businesses or purchased with CCC donation monies collected throughout the year.
Last year’s prizes were:
1st Prize – $50.00 Gift certificate to Puerto Vallarta
2nd Prize – $25.00 Gift Certificate to Gordon’s
3rd Prize – Bottle of wine
No HOA monies have or will be used in any way to pay for any prizes.
If you want to be recognized and judged, you must have your holiday decorations completed by December 19.
2008 Annual Meeting was held July 11th
This year’s annual meeting was held on July 11th at the Prairie Park Hotel conference room. New board members were elected, budget was discussed and general “what is the HOA responsible for” was explained and questions answered.
