2010 DUES

2010 Assessments are due by January 15, 2010.

Thank you for keeping your account up to date. Payments should be mailed to: Yelm Terra HOA; PO Box 7355; Tacoma, WA 98417.

Payment Options:

  1. Full payment of $420 due by January 15, 2010.
  2. 4 payments of $105 starting Jan 15th, 2010 & ending April 15th, 2010.
  3. 12 monthly payments of $35 due by the 15th of each month.

The following fees will be assessed on late payments:

  • 5% late fee + interest charges for any homeowner who has not made payment by January 15, 2010.
  • Lien fee of $86 placed on any homeowner who has not made payment by February 1, 2010.
  • Additional interest charges will be assessed on homeowners late on their monthly payment plan.

There is no need to contact the accountant with your payment option.  Simply chose your option & be sure your first payment is made by January 15, 2010.  Thank You!

2008 Budget Meeting

The 2008 Budget Meeting will be held on Thursday November 29 at 6pm.  The meeting will be held at the Yelm Community Schools District Office located at 107 1st St. in Yelm.  All homeowners invited to attend.

2008 Dues

Per Steve Kembel, the Yelm Terra accountant, the 2008 dues can be paid in three ways and three ways only.  Here are your options:

  1. Full payment by check postdated no later than Jan. 15, 2008
    • Make checks payable to Yelm Terra HOA and
    • Mail it to Yelm Terra PO Box 7355 Tacoma, WA 98417
  2. Four equal payments starting Jan. 15, 2008 and ending April 15, 2008.
  3. 12 equal payments each due on the 15th of the month, starting Jan. 15, 2008

**The Association stresses that anyone using a payment plan MUST use thier banks on-line bill pay to ensure timely payments and avoid the unnecessary expense of rebilling.**
