New HOA Board Members Elected

During the Annual HOA Meeting, new board members were elected. Also, the board will now have specific tasks assigned to a specific board member to help homeowners know “Who do I go to for help?”

The 2009-2010 Yelm Terra HOA Board consists of:

  • President/Secretary – Laura Huseth
  • Vice President – Ronald Nelson
  • Landscape/Maintenance – Kay Bell
  • Community Connection Events Coordinator – Stephanie Ritter
  • Crime Watch – Angela Storme

Poop & Leashes – The truth about dog’s in Yelm Terra

Anyone who owns a dog knows how frustrating picking up dog poop can be. It is all too common for pet owners to ignore the fact that it’s even there, thinking it will just break down, and eventually go away. Some pet owners even shovel the poop into flower beds, using it as a fertilizer, or watering it into the soil.
